Had a fabulous one day retreat in West Wales. David made it easy to understand and the meditations were brilliant. Loved the singing bowls at the end. The vegan buffet was so tasty. My friend and I stayed overnight in the rooms, we had an amazing massage. All round a great weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone feeling stressed with life.
