Verified Imports

How we migrate review history from other platforms — and what the badge guarantees.

What the badge means

When you see the Import Verified badge on a review, we've ingested it directly from an external platform where the business owner has verified ownership of the source account.

Every field — the reviewer's name and avatar, star rating, written review, original post date, attached photos, and the business owner's reply — is copied verbatim from the source platform. Nothing is rewritten or fabricated.

How the migration works

  1. The business owner requests a migration from inside their TrustPanel account.
  2. We confirm they hold the source-platform account — typically by accessing it themselves or providing written authorisation under GDPR Article 20 (data portability).
  3. Our import tool pulls every review from the source account into TrustPanel.
  4. Each imported review keeps its original date, ratings, photos, and replies. The Import Verified badge appears on every imported review with a link back to this page.

What the badge does NOT mean

  • It is not a claim that we have individually re-contacted each reviewer.
  • It is not a claim that the source platform's own verification standards match ours.
  • It is a statement that the data is unchanged from the source — what you see on TrustPanel is what was published there.

Supported source platforms

We currently support white-glove imports from:

  • Trustindex.io

Additional platforms (Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Yelp, Yotpo, Feefo, Bazaarvoice) are available on request — see your Platforms page if you have an active subscription.
